Hi, I’m Renee—wife, mom, wellness advocate, intuitive healer, daughter of the true King, and a proud American patriot. I’m the founder of Wellness Arsenal LLC, based in Goodrich, Michigan, where I support individuals in finding deep healing and reconnection through mind-body-spirit integration. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellness begins within—and expands outward when we are fully supported, nourished, and empowered. Eat the FRUIT!
In my 1:1 holistic sessions, I blend nervous system regulation, emotional insight, intuitive guidance, and a unique nourishment approach that honors the body’s natural intelligence. I don’t follow rigid wellness rules—I help you listen, soften, and remember what it feels like to live in alignment. I also have a lifelong connection with horses, and I’m in the process of bringing horse-guided somatic healing into my offerings—a dream born from the profound calm and clarity horses offer us when we learn to be truly present.
Alongside in my private work, I’m a Marketing Director at Melaleuca: The Wellness Company—a 40-year-old, family and patriot-owned, monthly shopping club offering over 400+ American-made wellness, home, and personal care products. It’s a company that aligns deeply with my values: clean, non-toxic ingredients, vertical integration, fair pricing, and the ability for everyday people to build meaningful income just by sharing what they love. As a State of Michigan Notary Public, I also bring a grounded, service-based approach to my local community.
I studied human anatomy and physiology at Baker College of Flint, Michigan and went on to be a private in home caregiver. Born in Beckley, West Virginia and now rooted in Goodrich, Michigan, I carry a deep love for this country as my father was an Army Veteran and a hard working coal miner, who gave his life to God in the most selfless way, I am committed to honoring freedom, family, and faith in all that I do.

For years, my world revolved around my three amazing kids—a lively and creative youngest daughter, a determined and hard working son, and a strong-willed and goal oriented eldest daughter. They each played multiple sports growing up, which meant my days were packed with practices, games, and constant travel. Like many parents, I poured everything into them and left little time to care for myself. While I wouldn’t trade those years for anything, the nonstop pace wore down my energy and left my body aching, eventually leading to degenerative disc disease—especially after a car accident in 2005 that left me with lingering neck and back pain, even long after the injury had healed.
Then in 2008, I was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s, an autoimmune disorder that brought on years of chronic symptoms—fatigue, brain fog, inflammation, and a feeling of being out of sync with my own body. For nearly 17 years, I lived with those symptoms while juggling motherhood, daily responsibilities, and the invisible weight of not feeling well. I also developed debilitating bouts of vertigo that would leave me feeling nauseas and dizzy many days.
That pain and illness became a quiet but constant part of my life—until I found the wellness product that changed everything. MHE3 didn’t just help ease my symptoms—it helped restore balance in my body and opened up my mind. I felt clearer, lighter, and more connected to myself than I had in years. I noticed real, lasting relief. My energy came back, my body felt stronger, and slowly, I started to heal—physically and emotionally. For the first time in a long time, I felt like me again. For the first time in nearly two decades, I experienced real healing—not just relief, but transformation.
